As the meteoric rise of the housing market stabilizes, prices have begun to climb much more slowly. Most of the country is not back to pre-crisis peaks but many are. Notably Dallas and Denver have surpassed the peaks seen in 2007-2008.  There are many things about the recovery to be curious about.
